Global Agenda, a third-person shooter with MMO elements, has gone Free to play. You can play though all the content in the game without paying anything. There are microtransactions for getting more exp and loot ect, but you aren't forced to. This game has great PvP, and tons of gear and mods to use. Give it a try!
